Dear Parent/ Guardian,

You are invited to attend the second and Final Meeting for this Term on Tuesday 19th March 2019 at 4.00 pm.

1. The Meeting will confirm arrangement for the walk-a-thon on Saturday 23 rd March 2019.
2. Collection of Report Books on the 2nd & 3rd April 2019
3. Graduation for Std.V students – Wednesday 26th June 2019.
4. Transition arrangement for SEA students- Std IV- Std.V Book list .
5. Formation of a Planning Committee for Sports Day -May 17th 2019. (venue to be confirmed)
6. Proposed adjusted of school fees and payment plan.
7. Proposal for Term III for Post SEA- focus on preparation for entry to secondary school-to include- goal setting and time management, Peer Counselling.
8. Introduction of an Agriculture Science Project.
9. Poor Attendance noted for class meeting and one on one with Class Teachers.
10. Curriculum issues.Attitudes.

This is lengthy agenda which must be addressed so your prompt attendance would be appreciated.
