Newsletter – 23rd June 2026

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we enter the final weeks of Term 3, we would like to share some important information regarding upcoming activities and end-of-term arrangements.

🏊 Swimming Sessions

There are two remaining swimming sessions, with the programme concluding on Thursday, 2nd July 2026.

🧺 School Picnic – Friday, 26th June 2026

Weather permitting, we are planning a school picnic at Anthony Williams Park, Panka Street, St. James.

• Cost: $30.00 per child
• Students should wear their P.E. uniforms
• No book bags are required
• Please send a lunch kit containing:
  • A packed cold lunch
  • Plenty of water or another suitable drink

As part of the day’s activities, we will also celebrate the upcoming birthdays of Xavier La Chapelle and Yara Marie La Chapelle, whose birthdays fall during the August vacation. The celebration will include cupcakes, ice cream, and party bags for the students.

Parents and guardians are kindly asked to sign and return the consent forms as soon as possible.

📝 End-of-Term Tests

Term tests will take place from Tuesday, 30th June to Monday, 6th July 2026.

The examination timetable will be distributed on Thursday, 25th June.

🏅 Awards Ceremony & Report Card Collection

All parents and guardians are warmly invited to attend our Awards Ceremony, which will be held on Thursday, 9th July 2026. During this event, students will receive their Merit Awards in recognition of their achievements throughout the term.

Report Cards and Book Lists will also be available for collection on this day.

📅 School Closure

Please note that there will be no school on Friday, 10th July 2026, marking the conclusion of the academic term.
